Director of Talent Acquisition (Sepulveda HR) This position is fully remote.
The pay range for this role is between $135,000 - $150,000 annually.

Summary This position is responsible for the oversight of agency’s talent acquisition activities and ensures that the recruitment priorities align with ongoing strategic initiatives.
This role will help maintain and enhance positive candidate experience, guide talent needs and goals across the agency, while leading and managing the recruitment team.
Primary Duties Develop and lead a talent acquisition organization that includes full-life cycle recruiting, sourcing, analytics, operations and talent brand.
Build a progressive talent strategy and roadmap, partnering closely across senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Create a thoughtful, clear metrics-driven approach that tracks, monitors, and evaluates the impact and effectiveness of all programs and initiatives.
Build, advocate for, and foster diversity, equity and inclusion best practices in all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring the adoption of equitable and inclusive hiring practices across the company.
Direct and evolve Didi Hirsch’s talent acquisition strategy and infrastructure across recruiting, operations, and employer branding.
Coach, mentor, and develop individuals on the Talent Acquisition team to provide a high level of support in their, and our, growth.
Evaluate, implement and maintain processes, tools, and systems needed to scale and support the recruiting team.
Develop programs and training initiatives to strengthen interviewing skills and align on recruiting best practices within the Talent Acquisition team and with hiring managers, interviewers and the company as a whole.
In Partnership with the HR team, build and operationalize talent processes and programs such as referral programs, compliance, and compensation.
Become an expert in the Didi Hirsch story and cultural values to accurately market and promote our talent brand globally.
Conduct individual mentoring/coaching skill conversations on a regularly scheduled basis with direct reports.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required with an advanced degree preferred.
10+ years’ experience in recruitment, with increasing responsibilities, hiring corporate and executive level roles within large-scale retail or healthcare organizations.
Demonstrated success implementing high volume talent acquisition programs.
7+ years’ managerial experience leading high-functioning recruitment teams.
Experience providing consultative support for executives and people teams, translating business goals into solutions.
History of solving complex organizational talent related challenges with a strong talent assessment and skill capability to help others grow their teams.
Demonstrated agility and leadership in change management organization.
Demonstrated experience overseeing confidential information and critical business processes.
Ability to analyze, problem solve, and clearly communicate observations and recommendations.
Executive presence with a business mindset.
A history of developing and managing a successful, high-performing team.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to successfully interface with all levels of management and staff.
Basic accounting and general math skills sufficient to analyze data and prepare associated reports.
Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and HRIS; familiarity with UltiPro/UKG is a plus.
A commitment to team objectives and Didi Hirsch philosophies.
Ability to adapt to changing needs by acquiring new skills and knowledge.
Current California driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the Agency’s insurance carrier.
