As we em-bark on this exciting journey, we’re seeking a Coffee Shop Manager who is passionate about coffee, customer service, and working in collaboration with industry, leading Boutique and luxury management to continue our mission of creating a community around our brands.
Role Overview: The Coffee Shop Manager will be instrumental in shaping the success of our new venture.
This role demands a blend of leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.
You will oversee the daily operations, foster a positive team environment, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead daily operations with efficiency and a focus on quality.
• Develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Implement marketing and customer retention strategies to build a loyal customer base.
• Manage inventory, supplier relations, and cost control measures.
• Hire, train, and motivate staff, promoting a culture of excellence and team spirit.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Compensation Package: • Compensation: expect to take home $52,000 - $102,000, (base + commissions + tips + profit sharing + recurring revenue sharing).
• Profit Sharing: Earn 5% of net profits, directly reflecting your impact on our success.
• Sales Commission: Gain 10% on direct sales, rewarding your efforts in driving revenue.
• Recurring Revenue Commission: Benefit from a 10% commission on all recurring revenue streams you develop, encouraging long-term customer relationships.
