Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all front of house operations, including customer service, bar, servers, cashiers, hosts, private events, security, etc.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and catering team to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain inventory of supplies, such as coffee, tea, and other beverage items.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for front of house staff.
- Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop strategies for business growth and improvement.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Experience in banquet or event management.
- Knowledge of food service operations and best practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and managing labor costs.
- Familiarity with interviewing and hiring processes.
- Understanding of hospitality management principles.
