*Supervisor duties include, but are not limited to:*
* Be in tune with Bruxie’s culture, missions and values every day
* Complete all opening and closing duties with efficiency and accuracy
* Organize and lead our restaurant team during shifts
* Ensuring quality food, with great service
* Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
* Can multitask and prioritize duties
* Working in a fast paced environment
* Standing for long periods of time
* Thorough knowledge of all menu items
* Ability to manage shifts
* Responsible for ensuring we retain guests by displaying excellent service standards
* Guarantee guest satisfaction
*Requirements:*
* 2 years of experience in the restaurant industry
* Ability to communicate openly with staff, management and guests on a daily basis
* Ability to professionally address customer complaints
* Pleasant and friendly attitude toward all team members
* The ability to learn and follow Bruxie’s steps and service standards
