*Robins Kaplan LLP*, a litigation focused Am Law 200 firm with ~200 attorneys in seven offices, is searching for a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager will report to firm leadership, working collaboratively to plan, communicate, and implement new strategies for hiring, retaining, and promoting talent from historically underrepresented backgrounds.
You will have a significant role in advising on and executing firm-wide strategies and practices to advance the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
This is a highly visible and strategic role serving as the primary point of contact and support for the firm’s DEI Committee, Co-Chairs, and DEI working groups.
The DEI Manager will serve as a champion of the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and collaborate with internal committees and departments focused on hiring, professional development, mentoring, legal project management, and marketing to further the firm’s DEI objectives.
The DEI Manager will assist in designing programs and training, execute events and meetings, and serve as a resource to firm members at all levels on diversity issues.
This individual will collaborate with firm leadership to ensure a culture of respect and inclusion.
The ideal candidate is a proven DEI leader with experience and subject matter expertise in a prior diversity, equity, and inclusion role.

This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of successfully leading a DEI function in a law firm or professional services environment.

The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $165,000, depending on experience.
This is an exempt position.
The offered salary will be based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
