com/careers General Description The Accounting Manager will be a part of a vital and collaborative team that works daily to successfully manage the financial aspects of our business.
He/she will interface directly with finance leadership to drive better financial performance and must possess a solid understanding of U.

GAAP.
*Responsibilities* · Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including oversight of company-wide consolidation process · Support the preparation and review of financial statement · Respond to Operations and vendor inquiries and resolve challenges in a quick efficient manner · Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned · Manage and supervise direct reports and 3rd outsource company · Support with the preparation of the annual financial statements in conjunction with the annual financial statement audit · Support with the preparation of the annual tax preparation in multi-states · Sales & Use Tax Filing for multi-state (California, State of Washington, Nevada, Idaho and Texas) · Support with the Personal Property Taxes Filings with multi-states · Coordinate the work relating to both internal/external audits or reviews of the company’s financial records · Assist KitchenSync (outsourced AP Company) with the execution of the Plate IQ software · Bank reconciliations for corporate accounts and restaurant accounts · Support the accounts payable function · Respond to customer and vendor inquiries · Review and identify opportunities for simplification and automation in the current financial processes and systems · Assist with payroll preparation and reporting · Support process system improvements through leading and participating in various project initiatives · Prepare and support internal management reporting · Other ad hoc duties as assigned · Flexibility in scheduling and hours of work required *Qualifications* · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance Required · Solid understanding of GAAP and finance principles · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills · Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, but not required · Prior experience with complex consolidations is preferred, but not required · Must be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Experience with Compeat Advantage, Ctuit, and Plate IQ are highly desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.
