FOUND RED GERMAN SHEPHERD 3/30/24 (Silverlake)

Sex unknown.
Very shy, skinny, won't let me get within 20 feet.
Red and Black.
Has not been aggressive or barking at my dog or toward me.
Appears to be gentle and afraid.
This dog jumped over the fence into my yard on or around 3/29/24 and can't seem to jump out.
I am trying to find the owner.
I feed him/her twice a day and have made a bed on the covered porch so they are out of the rain.
He/She can jump out of the yard again at any time it aims to, I cannot restrain them because they will not engage.
For that reason a rescue will be trapping them in order to scan for a chip and to foster them safely until the owner can be found.
