Lost dog, small black terrier/chihuahua (University Park, Los Angeles)

My friend has lost his precious girl, Booboo, a mix of chihuahua/corgi/terrier.
Small, about 15 #s, 9 years old, healthy, mostly black with light brown areas on face and legs.
Super sweet but also extremely timid.
She has a collar but no tag.
Went missing on 3/28, lives at 1143 W 24th st.
