Consumer Warranty Attorney Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a reputable and thriving legal practice specializing in Personal Injury.
We are in search of a litigation attorney with an emphasis on product liability/Consumer Warranty (lemon law) to work out of our office located in the La Brea area of Los Angeles.
You will have the opportunity to represent clients in lemon law cases, ensuring they receive the compensation and justice they deserve.
You will work closely with our clients, evaluate their cases, negotiate with manufacturers, and, if necessary, litigate on their behalf.
Responsibilities: Represent clients in lemon law cases and other related consumer protection matters.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents.
Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations.
Handle court appearances and hearings when necessary.
Manage staff Interview potential candidates Maintain detailed records of all communications, evidence, and legal documents related to each case Review and negotiate settlement agreements with the opposing party to ensure they are fair and protect the client's rights Qualifications: 2-5 yrs minimum lemon law experience representing the plaintiff or defense.
Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
Demonstrated track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
