Litigation Paralegal

*Direct Counsel *is seeking an experienced *Litigation Paralegal* looking to join an excellent firm based in *Santa Monica, California* that specializes in personal injury and other civil litigation matters.
This firm is seeking to hire 1, possibly 2, dedicated paralegals with 5 years of experience (at least 3 within personal injury law).

*Responsibilities:* * Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery shells * Trial preparation assistance * Manage Attorney calendar * E-filing of legal documents * Secretarial support to the assigned attorney * Other duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in PI * Proficiency in drafting legal documents and pleadings * Familiarity with trial preparation processes * E-filing expertise * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail * Experience with Clio is a plus *Benefits:* * Competitive salary dependent on experience and fit * The firm may consider hybrid for the right candidate, but does prefer onsite Job Type: * Onsite - Full Time - Santa Monica, CA * Salary: $42.
