*Direct Counsel* is looking for a *mid-level real estate attorney* for a national law firm.
This is an excellent partnership-track opportunity to join a collegial office environment while working closely with a team of highly skilled and experienced attorneys on sophisticated matters at a national level.
You will be part of a team who support the professional development of their associates, train, mentor, and help them grow as lawyers.
Part of that training involves early and frequent work directly with clients in a diverse transactional practice.
*Responsibilities:*
* At least 3-6 years of experience with one or more of the following: acquisitions/dispositions, finance, leasing and joint ventures
* Experience with health care and/or negotiating construction agreements is a plus
* The ability to work with other team members and clients and take ownership of projects
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and ability to manage multiple projects
* Be admitted to the State Bar of California

* The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - 435,000 - plus bonus and full benefits.
