You will work with the many experienced attorneys on staff who offer mentoring and espouse a commitment to collegiality ensures an attorney's success and growth.
The firm offers on-going MCLE training touching on a variety of topics.

*Qualifications*
* Represent clients in court or before government agencies
* Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
* Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on legal matters
* Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
* Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials as necessary
* Manage a high volume of cases with competing deadlines
* California drivers' license and transportation
*Responsibilities*
* Must be accountable, responsible and take ownership over their work and the quality of their work
* Manage and advocate on a full caseload from assignment through completion
* Communicating effectively with team and clients
* Effectively manages and leads own case management team to provide world-class customer service
* Attend company and community events as a representative of the firm
*Requirements:*
* Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
* California State Bar membership
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience in negotiating and litigating cases is preferred
* Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.
00 - $160,000.
