Senior Associate Attorney

Role Description This is a full-time Senior Associate Attorney position located in the Los Angeles/Woodland Hills area, with at least 4 days in office required.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience handling all aspects of personal injury claims from inception through and including trial.

Qualifications Must have 10+ years civil litigation experience, including arguing and attending hearings, drafting motions, attending mediations/arbitrations Must have experience drafting and responding to discovery Must have conducted at least 50+ depositions Must have experience preparing cases for trial, including preparing Motions in Limine and prepping witnesses Trial experience required Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required Licensed with the CA State Bar
