Our attorneys are involved in all aspects of litigation and administrative hearings, e.

, the initial stages of discovery, percipient/expert depositions, discovery, and dispositive motions as well as trial/hearing preparation.
We are looking for candidates who are proactive, detail oriented, work well in a team environment and are experienced in preparing law and discovery motions as well as motions for summary judgment.
Our practice involves the professional liability defense on behalf of hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers as well as representation of healthcare licensees before their licensing boards.
This position is open for those who wish to work remotely, hybrid or in office full-time.
