EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ATTORNEY WANTED FOR NATIONAL BOUTIQUE FIRM

Our client, a national AV-rated firm of 200+ attorneys across 15 offices, is seeking an employment litigation attorney with 3+ years' experience in handling labor and employment cases in federal and state courts.
Qualified candidates will have experience defending federal and state wage and hour cases, including collective and class actions.
Experience handling investigations before the United States Department of Labor, the California Department of Industrial Relations, the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, EEOC and other state and local human rights agencies is also necessary.
Candidates need to have experience appearing before the National Labor Relations Board regarding matters related to union organizing, collective bargaining, unfair labor practices, union elections, and arbitrations.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a smaller office focused on training and mentoring associates while handling sophisticated work.
