We are looking for a Legal Marketing Director with the capability to drive awareness and demand for the J&Y Law brand through all marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of both the creative and analytical side of traditional marketing channels (TV, radio, outdoor) and digital marketing channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, social & influencer marketing strategy, digital advertising, and overall growth marketing strategies in order to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion for multiple brands.
Your responsibilities will include conducting targeted market research, tracing online activities, researching and analyzing competitors, and creating marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and a passion for creating successful advertising strategies.
The primary goal of the position is to increase the visibility and reputation of the firm, attract new clients, and retain existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee continued development and growth of overall branding strategy
Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives and revenue goals.
Track and report on online marketing activities
Identify, research, and report on competitors
Creating and managing the firm's marketing budget, including tracking expenses and measuring return on investment.
Manage all creation and budgeting processes for all external marketing communications including, but not limited to, television, radio, print, outdoor, social media promotion, digital advertising (PPC/SEO), and e-mail activities
Overseeing the production and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and website content.
Ability to monitor key performance metrics and make real-time decisions based on findings with a focus on maximizing lead generation
Own development & optimization of all customer life-cycle communications
Develop social media strategies and manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
) to increase followers, engagement and new clients
Supervise the continued development of a growing in-house marketing team
Responsible for monitoring competitor products, sales and marketing activities
Oversees and evaluates market research/new industry opportunities and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Ability to adapt and respond to multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities
Coordinating events and sponsorships to build relationships with clients and prospects.
Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as industry associations, trade groups, and media outlets.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Master degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience preferred
6-8 years of experience, background in media planning and buying a plus
Must be fluent in Spanish as 85% of our clientele is Spanish-speaking only
Knowledge of search engine optimization techniques
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, and web analytics
Familiarity with Content Management Software
