Responsibilities:
Handle high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, with a focus on product liability and general negligence.
Collaborate on complex litigation matters, including drafting original motions and other legal documents.
Conduct and defend expert and witness depositions.
Manage discovery requests and responses for various parties.
Develop and maintain client relationships through effective communication.
Prepare for trial, including drafting motions in limine, exhibit lists, and witness lists.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant litigation experience, preferably in high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury cases, product liability, and general negligence.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
California Bar membership.
Self-motivated, energetic, and deadline-driven professional.
Experience working in a billable work environment.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
