Consumer Class Action Litigation Attorney

*Direct Counsel* is seeking an experienced Attorney with a strong background in trial work and a focus on *consumer class action* cases to join a boutique law firm in *Torrance, CA*.
As a member of the firm’s dynamic legal team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of the firm’s cases.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct legal research and analysis * Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions * Represent clients in court and at trial * Collaborate with colleagues to develop legal strategies * Advise clients on legal matters related to consumer protection and class action *Qualifications:* * Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school * Active and in good standing with the California State Bar * A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a strong emphasis on trial work * Proven experience in handling consumer class action cases * Exceptional written and oral communication skills * Strong research and analytical abilities * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Ability to work independently and as part of a team *Benefits:* * Competitive salary commensurate with experience * Health and dental insurance * Bonuses Job Type: Full-time Pay: $141,001.
