PLAINTIFF'S PERSONAL INJURY law firm is looking for a full-time, PRE-LITIGATION CASE MANAGER who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims from A-Z, including, initial client contact, intakes, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files for demand, and quality client care.
In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, the position will require handling telephone calls, scanning documents, data entry, and filing.
Candidate must have an attention to detail and good communication skills.
Candidate must also be well-organized, tech savvy, and able to work in a team environment.
Overall, we are looking for a candidate who is highly motivated to succeed.
The following qualifications are REQUIRED:
- Proficiency w/Microsoft Office
- Prior Experience w/Personal Injury Claims
- Proficiency w/Computers and Technology
- Ability to handle up to 100 Personal Injury Pre-litigation cases at a time
The following skills are PREFERRED:
- Proficiency w/Filevine or Abacus
- Experience Writing Demands for Personal Injury Claims
- Strong Vocabulary, Grammar, and Writing Skills
- Fast Typing
- Comfortable working in a Paperless system
- Spanish Speaking is a huge +
