Compensation:
$65 - $70 hourly
Responsibilities:
Drafting pleadings and motions
Drafting discovery demands, responses, meet and confer letters
Meet statutory deadlines and case management deadlines
Document production and records reviews
Qualifications:
Graduated from an ABA or California-accredited law school and be admitted to the State Bar of California
Must not have a discipline record with any State Bar
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation
Must be an excellent and creative writer
Confident, independent, decisive, and take responsibility for your actions
Strategic, big-picture thinker who can also execute
