You’ll handle the case file from start to finish with support from our team of highly skilled legal professionals.
You should have excellent credentials, a minimum of 3 years of successful personal injury litigation along with trial case experience, and an authentic passion for helping people.

$150,000 -$250,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly
Handle personal injury case files from start to finish
Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents
Supervise and delegate tasks to the team of legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretary
Serve as legal counsel on the clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation
Qualifications:
Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
Superior research, negotiation, drafting, and communication skills are highly valued
Bachelor’s degree and a J.
D.
degree is required
Computer proficiency is essential
Knowledge of personal injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is vital
