RECEPTIONISTS
Responsibilities include:
* Act as the face of the firm and check in all guests;
* Must operate a multi-line phone and redirect to the correct party; messages must be taken if need be.
High volume incoming calls.
* Ensure meeting rooms are clean and available for use when reservations are made.
* Validate parking for office visitors accurately and responsibly.
* Distribute incoming correspondence to the appropriate staff.
* Take inventory of kitchen and office supplies and order replenishments.
* Help set up for firmwide events and act as support when needed.
* Other duties as assigned by the department manager.

Skills & Requirements:
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic, able to be coached, able to follow directions to meet firm goals, have the motivation to learn daily and desire to work for a company that allows unlimited growth.
Prior experience in call center environment and/or law highly preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement.
Recent law graduates and ex-military welcome.
