Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected boutique civil litigation firm in Los Angeles, specializing in the representation of injured victims, is seeking a full-time pre-litigation case manager to join our personal injury team.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience.
The ideal candidate has pre-litigation personal injury experience and will be able to handle all aspects of personal injury claims.
Duties include frequent client contact, assisting clients with medical providers and appointments, collect, review and analyze medical and billing records, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, and more.
*Qualifications:*
* Experience handling high volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases
* Tech savvy and comfortable working in a paperless system
* Time management and attention to detail is imperative
* Team oriented and independently capable
* Knowledge and experience with firm systems: Slack, Clio, Asana, Dropbox
* Exceptional organizational skills plus effective oral and written communication skills
