Director of Legal Operations

*Responsibilities:* As the Legal Operations Manager/Director of Operations, you will: * Supervise Workflow: Oversee the workflow of legal and non-legal team members, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in service delivery * Department Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and firm goals.
* Efficiency Enhancement: Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline legal operations, identifying and implementing technology solutions for improved efficiency * Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, overseeing financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting * Human Resources: Manage HR activities, from recruitment, onboarding, training to performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment, and developing close relationships with clients and internal teams * Strategic Growth: Work directly with the CEO on strategic growth planning, presenting solutions, managing initiatives, and ensuring the firm hits desired profit margins * Financial Management: Oversee financial goals, manage case settlements, and ensure consistent cash flow, with a focus on achieving and exceeding profit margins * Initiative Implementation: Implement firm-wide initiatives, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the overall vision and growth of the firm *Qualifications:* * Proven experience in legal operations management or related field * Experience in growing and scaling plaintiff's personal injury firms or contingency fee based business models * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills * Expertise in budgeting, financial management, and human resources * Ability to implement efficient processes and identify technology solutions * Client-centric mindset with a commitment to achieving exceptional results and world class client experience * Familiarity with personal injury law and scaling personal injury businesses a plus *How to Apply:* If you're ready to be part of a transformative journey in the legal industry, where your skills and ambitions align with our vision, please submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant documents to careers@sepulvedalawgroup.
