KPMG is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect - Legal, Risk, Compliance Portfolio to join our Digital Nexus Technology organization.
This is a remote work opportunity.
Responsibilities: Conduct research and participate in the maintenance, development, and documentation of technical roadmaps aligned to business objectives; facilitate organizational change through the roadmaps by defining technical strategies for the Legal, Risk, and Compliance (LRC) portfolio, to reduce costs, increase efficiencies, provide increased capabilities, reduce risks, and increase security for solutions in the portfolio set Lead evaluation of business demands to determine what software, integration, platforms, patterns, standards, and solutions should be applied to support enterprise level solutioning Provide technical design and architectural leadership, including solution level architecture that documents the logical, physical, and process views across multiple technology domains; collaborate with project teams to assist in delivery by providing guidance to application, engineering, and operations teams Perform evaluation of technology capabilities and alignment to KPMG requirements, environment, and strategy which may include multiple technologies with a matrixed evaluation of multiple solutions through research, proof of concept, and/or scoped testing Act as an internal consultant, develop and deliver presentations covering roadmaps, ideas, proposals, standards and technical solutions to all levels of management and technical expertise Update technical architecture to support significant architectural changes, create patterns, and support innovation in the architecture team Qualifications: Minimum eight years of recent IT Architecture experience supporting a SaaS centric strategy and implementation cycle with the ability to integrate in support of an enterprise grade solution set Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred App/Dev background Understanding of service-oriented architecture, enterprise service bus platforms, security, identity access management, operating system models, distributed architectures, storage technology, server virtualization, modern data platforms, database design and theory, business intelligence, data mining, visualization tools, and hybrid infrastructures Able to lead and participate in efforts utilizing excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
