Personal Injury Case Manager Pre Litigation

Mann Law Group's team is seeking a pre-litigation case manager to assist with our growing client case load.
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and experienced case manager that can handle all aspects of a pre-litigation file under attorney supervision.
Case managers will have access to multiple legal assistants for help with all aspects of personal injury case management.
Case Manager duties include: * Handling all aspects of pre-litigation files, from intake through preparation for demand (demand writing is not required) * Assisting with clients' property damage * Communicating with clients and medical providers * Advising in regards to available medical care options * Explaining personal injury procedures and related documentation to clients * Monitoring case statuses and reviewing medical records *Qualifications:* * Being an all around warm and friendly person is of the utmost importance in our firm, as are organization and professionalism * Prior Personal Injury case management experience is mandatory, we do not micromanage! * *Candidate must be fluent in Spanish* * Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance terminology is a plus * Effective communication skills * Motivated self-starter Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.
