Our attorneys are litigators and counselors with decades of experience in a wide array of industries.
We are currently hiring litigation associates with *3-5 years of experience*.
First- or second-chair trial experience is desirable, but not necessary.
Pay is competitive, at *$140,000-$200,000+* depending on experience.
A recent *writing sample* is required for consideration.
We currently have two offices in California, and we are adding one more in 2024.
Our headquarters is in the Downtown Los Angeles Financial District.
We have ten attorneys at our firm, and we are growing at an incredible speed.

We have a significant number of international clients.
We expect our team members to be able to understand and work with clients and colleagues who have different cultures and backgrounds.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus, but not essential.

*Responsibilities:*
* Litigate and negotiate on behalf of clients in legal proceedings
* Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
* Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
* Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials
* Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process
* Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and provide legal advice
* Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously
* Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
*Requirements:*
* Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school
* Admission to the CA Bar
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* 3-5 years' experience working in commercial litigation or employment litigation
* Mandarin language proficiency desired but not required
* First or second chair trial experience desired but not required
* Recent writing sample required
