We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
Your primary role will be to provide exceptional client service, facilitate communication between all parties involved, and ensure that cases progress smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their personal injury cases.
* Establish and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations.
* Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism while handling sensitive client matters.
* Facilitate and manage treatment for clients.
* Handle property damage claims from A-Z for clients.
* Conduct thorough case intake and evaluation to gather all relevant information and documents.
* Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and obtain medical records and other relevant documents.
* Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is recorded.
* Facilitate effective communication between clients, attorneys, insurance companies, medical providers, and other relevant parties.
* Monitor case expenses and maintain accurate records for billing purposes.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience working in a personal injury law firm as a case manager.
* Strong knowledge of personal injury law, legal terminology, and medical terminology.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
* Bilingual in Spanish or Armenian is a plus.
* Proficiency in using case management software and MS Office Suite.
Proficiency in using CASEpeer case management software is a plus.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative while also collaborating effectively within a team.
