Our law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the *Litigation Paralegal* position and we are willing to teach the right candidate.
*Responsibilities:* * Drafting complaints.
* Responding to discovery.
* Propounding discovery.
* Drafting subpoenas and objecting to subpoenas.
* Expert discovery.
* Deposition preparation.
* Trial preparation.
*Requirements:* * Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Paralegal certification preferred.
* 2+ years of litigation experience, specifically propounding and responding to discovery.
* 1+ year(s) of expert discovery and trial preparation.
* 2+ years of experience in personal injury [Plaintiff/Defense].
* Proficient knowledge of statutory deadlines.
* Highly organized and detail-oriented.
* Team leader and team player.
\* This position is 100% in person.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35.
