*JOB SUMMARY:* The Case Consultants are ultimately responsible for cases closing in a metric-driven team dedicated to collecting and following up with prospective clients, evaluating their cases to ensure a proper fit, and closing a sale so we can help meet their needs.
They will require impeccable customer service skills and be comfortable with having accountability to sales metrics.
*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Perform the essential duties of a Case Analyst, including but not limited to: * Communicate with clients via phone call, video call, text, and email to convert leads from prospects to actual clients.
* Process payments via various methods including but not limited to cash, credit card, Zelle, Chase deposits, and ACH.
* Qualify each client for services offered.
* Explain retainers, payment plans, and compliance with document protocols for each relevant case type needed to onboard clients.
* Through direction of the Sales Manager, adhere to all recommendations for notetaking and verbiage to clients from the Legal department.
* Complete thorough and detailing intake forms and notate all details.
* Support Case Analysts by providing suggestions, clarifications, feedback to Case Analysts as Case Analysts success is ultimately the Case Consultants and Firm’s success.
* Reporting to upper management any positive or negative feedback on interactions between any sales team member including themselves * Respond to employee inquiries and escalate matters to the Sales Manager if necessary.
* Other duties as assigned, including but not limited to protocols, guidelines, and systems established in the department * Work in a metrics-based performance environment.
* Abide by metrics based on assigned Tiers (refer to tier system below) * Must comply, follow and adhere to all department protocols, procedures, rules and methods communicated in any form by management.
Will be held accountable and performance will be evaluated based on compliance with these standards.
*PROFESSIONAL AND ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS* * 2+ years working in a sales department.
* A desire to work in the law industry, specifically in Criminal/Immigration law.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Good customer service skills.
* Experience in a metrics-driven department.
* Comfort with achieving sales goals and quotas.
* Must be able to speak Spanish.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.
00 - $30.
