Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Impact: As our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Daily Tasks: Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
Provide informative and compassionate client service.
Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.
Your Skills: Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
Our Benefits: Compensation range based on experience: $130,000 - $220,000.
