Aggressive Litigation Attorney

\*FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT BOTTOM OF POSTING IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED\* Low Volume, High Stakes Trial Lawyer Personal Injury Firm with offices in Atlanta and Santa Monica seeks a driven and experienced personal injury litigation attorney to handle high stakes litigation.
Will assist partners in litigating seven and eight-figure cases to verdict.
Only proven litigators should apply because the stakes are high and you will try cases in your first year with us.
*Responsibilities:* -Map the case along with the partners upon case intake to prepare for litigation -Draft pleadings -Draft and respond to discovery -Motions to compel -Motions for summary judgment/adjudication (affirmative and oppositions) -Take and defend fact and expert depositions -Prepare trial documents; file and oppose MIL’s etc.
*Necessary Character Traits and Experience:* -Driven with proven history of strong work ethic -Three to Five Years personal injury litigation experience -Proven track record of filing and opposing motions -At least 10 depositions taken alone *Benefits:* -Highly competitive salary and performance bonuses -Health insurance provided -Emphasis on training and growth (career and personal) *Please send the below:* 1.
