*RedValley *is looking for a skilled *Litigation Paralegal *to join our legal team.
We have partnered with a leading Personal Injury Law Firm in Sunny California! The ideal candidate will support our trial team in all stages of litigation, from complaint filing to trial.
Will also manage extensive discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, and correspondence, calendaring, organizing filings, and overseeing special projects.
*Some of the responsibilities this person will have are: *
* Assisting the trial team in the filing of complaints through trial
* Propound and respond to extensive discovery
* Draft various Motions, Oppositions, and Replies
* Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
* Calendaring
* Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
* Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
* Organize documents for filing
* Drafting correspondence
* Special projects as needed
*The Litigation Paralegal must have: *
* Thorough understanding of Personal Injury law, including both pre-litigation and litigation phases.
* Proficiency in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage extensive discovery and organize documents for filing.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with calendaring, noticing depositions and hearings, and setting up CourtCall and appearance attorneys.
