Boutique Personal Injury Firm looking for a full-time Litigation Assistant in Century City.
The ideal candidate must have office experience, be highly organized, detail oriented, responsible, computer literate, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
This position will start immediately in an on-site office environment.
*Qualifications/Requirements:*
* 2-5 years experience in Civil Litigation
* Personal Injury Litigation experience preferred, but not required
* Paralegal certification preferred, but not required
*Skills*
* Computer literate (Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat)
* Outgoing personality and strong customer service skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, the ability to handle a fast-paced environment
* Strong research skills
* Ability to prioritize workload in an efficient and effective manner
* Team player while independently motivated
*Duties and Responsibilities Include:*
* Drafting complaints, notices, motions, discovery requests and responses
* Calendaring court deadlines; scheduling/reserving court appearances
* Regular communication with clients and opposing counsel regarding case
* Conducting legal research
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $30.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
