Well-established and expanding Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm is seeking self-motivated legal assistants and/or paralegals to fill multiple positions on our Intake Specialist Department .
Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
Applicant must have a can-do, positive attitude while being efficient and organized.
Telephone and sales skills, people skills and analytical skills are pluses.
Flexibility in schedule is a must.
Must expect working on weekends and with various hours.

Job requires detail oriented characteristics, consolidation of case details, performing legal research to help clients to relay their case to the Attorneys and provide an analysis on intake and identifying potential new client.
