We are a small but busy Plaintiff's personal injury firm in Downtown Los Angeles.
We are looking for a full time Paralegal who will be supporting a trial attorney.
This job will entail TRIAL PREPARATION, MOTION WRITING, COURT FILING, CALENDARING, SCHEDULING, DISCOVERY, and all other tasks required.
This is an IN PERSON job.
Can you write well? Can you draft a letter to opposing counsel? Can you read medical records and tell the story of the case?
This is a great job for someone who really wants to be involved in the cases.
We welcome our paralegals to offer their ideas on how to win the case, and to be an advocate for our client.
If you felt that your previous work experience did not expose you to much, and you're ready to get more involved, this will be a great job for you.
We are looking for someone who has at least 5 years experience as a paralegal.
Please do not apply to this job if you received your paralegal certificate in the last 2 years.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, and will not need initial training.
Experience working with ordering, organizing, and maintaining medical records and experience working in a Personal Injury law firm is important.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required.
MS Word /Adobe Acrobat / Google Suite (gmail, calendar, google drive, google sheets) experience required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
