Law Firm Intake Specialist

West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks an intake specialist with a minimum of one year of personal injury experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a legal assistant, paralegal, or case manager performing the following tasks: * Conducting intakes * Confirming coverage * Creating matters and electronic files * Coordinating medical treatment * Case management Requirements: * One (1) year handling personal injury matters * Bilingual English/Spanish * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook * Well-organized and detail-oriented * Reliable and punctual * Excellent customer service skills - you will be talking to clients on a daily basis.
