Personal injury law firm in Culver City is looking for a Trial Attorney.
Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 12 years.

The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and co-workers.
What is required: good standing with California Bar Association.
*Job Description:*
Must have at least 5 years experience as a personal injury attorney, and be capable of handling your own caseload from intake through resolution.
You will have the opportunity to try cases as first or second chair, dependent upon experience.
*Responsibilities include, among others:*
* Preparing and drafting pleadings
* Propounding and answering discovery
* Drafting and opposing motions
* Taking and defending depositions, including expert depositions
* Court appearances
* Preparing for and representing clients at mediations and settlement conferences
* Retaining and working with expert witnesses
* Managing own case load
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum five years experience practicing personal injury law
* Ability to effectively communicate with clients, coworkers, experts, and opposing counsel
* Ability to manage own case load
This is a full-time, salaried position, that is available now.
