Law Clerk

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our legal team.
As a Law Clerk, you will provide essential support to our attorneys by preparing discovery, assisting with document drafting, and performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Conduct legal research using various resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents, including contracts and pleadings - Review and analyze documents for relevance and accuracy - Prepare summaries of legal documents and case law - Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials - Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies - Maintain case files and ensure all documents are properly filed and organized - Assist in fraud prevention detection efforts Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field - Previous experience working as a Law Clerk or Paralegal is preferred - Strong research skills with proficiency in using legal databases such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis - Familiarity with legal drafting and document review processes - Knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively At our firm, we value professional development and offer opportunities for growth within the organization.
