Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Attorney

*Direct Counsel* is currently looking for dedicated and experienced Associate Attorneys with 3-7 years of practice in federal litigation and a strong background in insurance coverage/bad faith law.
The ideal candidates will play a key role in the legal team of an excellent law firm, contributing to the success of the firm through their expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
*Responsibilities:* * Handle federal litigation matters from inception to resolution * Manage and provide guidance on insurance coverage and bad faith law issues * Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and argue motions * Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to achieve favorable outcomes * Stay current on legal developments and industry trends *Qualifications:* * Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school * Active bar membership in California * 3-7 years of associate attorney experience * Proven track record in federal litigation and insurance coverage/bad faith law *Compensation:* * Salary Range: $150,000 - $185,000 (depending on experience level) * Performance-based bonuses * 401(k) matching * Health insurance, dental insurance, and disability insurance * Hybrid work environment in their El Segundo office Job Type: Full-time Pay: $150,000.
