-Last minute turns (12 hour notice please)
-Free linen and towel service (You will never have to purchase sheets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels) We use Walmart, Target, Amazon for sheets (microfiber white or colors if preferred) Towels we use thick white Costco bath towels
-Restock and purchase all toiletries including toilet paper and paper towels.
(Free service, but host pays for the cost items, receipt is tendered)
-Provide maintenance (plumbing, electrical, fixing furniture)
-Appliance maintenance (Laundry machines, dryers, dishwashers, most appliances)
-New AirBnb setup, assembling furnitures, moving
-Lock outs
Also provide residential, commercial, move out and move in cleaning
