Facing health challenges in need of a few things (Westchester/Inglewood CA)

Have to face a platorea of health challenges I simply can not do this on my own or afford the cost of eating healthy as I can not even afford simple fresh fruits and vegetables .
This is making me the most sick i ever felt that I had to cut back my social life, volunteer life, and other things I enjoy hopefully only temporarily.
With these health challenges I could use help with the following Fresh fruits and Vegetables or healthy meals.
Powder for weight loss or meal replacement A healthy alternative to Gatorade as I am drinking water but does not cut it all the time.
Medical gloves m to xl for the health challenges I am facing .
I could use more or am in need of more stuff but I will be blessed with what I can get.
