Custom Built Kids Clubhouse (Hawthorne)

I built this 3 years ago during COVID and my son has outgrown it.
Hoping someone else can repurpose and enjoy.
House is 6’W x 8’ L x 6’ H and is 7’ elevated off the ground.
Platform extends another 4’ making it 12’ in total length.
Moving it as-is will be a challenge.
Would need to disassemble into a couple of sections.
