Shark Navigator (Northeast Los Angeles)

Handyman special.
Bought this as it was supposed to be perfect for pet hair.
Perhaps, but it is no match for long human hair.
After only a few uses the roller jammed on the hair.
The supervisors at Shark were aware of the problem and agreed to provide a different model that does handle long hair.
In return I had to send a photo of the deceased vac with its power cable cut.
I hate adding stuff to landfills - and I'm sure someone with the tools and expertise can repair this.
