I need a co-signer (Hollywood)

I have been living in an airbnb in Hollywood since last year.
The building has decided to phase out airbnb units and so I have been approved for a lease with the provision of providing a co-signer for the first 6 months.
After 6 months of on-time payments, the co-signer would be released.
I don’t know what to do.
I thought I might try a co-sign company but was told by the landlord that they will not accept guarantee companies.
I am desperate.
Does anyone have any options? Or know how I could do this.
