Hello,
My organic collard green plant is way to large and I am going to cut some stocks off and thought I would sell them for a fair price.
Collard Greens are Very Easy to Grow! Place the stock about 4-6 inches deep into soil - dirt - a pot or in the ground and within a few weeks, the stock will start putting out new roots and new leaves.
Collard greens can be a beneficial addition to a weight loss diet due to their low-calorie and high-nutrient content.
One cup of cooked collard greens contains only 49 calories while providing a great source of vitamins A, C, and K, as well as calcium, good source of iron, vitamin B-6, and magnesium.
They also contain thiamin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and choline.
They are a staple in many southern and soul foods.
Collard Greens are a wonderful vegetable for Vegetarians and or Vegans.
Great vegetable to cook for soul food too.
It can be steamed, boiled, put in stir-fries, baked in casseroles and can even be made into chips.
$10 each plant stock
