Later and much preferred version Mark Levinson No.
28 full function preamplifier with both XLR and RCA inputs ( as opposed to CAMAC inputs and outputs) AND the high gain moving coil (MC) phono stage option installed.
Includes outboard PL-226 power supply.
Perfect working condition, has one scratch on the back of the top cover which is not visible when installed in a rack.
Sounds fantastic and has adjustable overall gain options via jumpers for the preamp itself and also adjustable loading and gain via jumpers for the phono stage.
From the heyday of Mark Levinson, for the true collector or audiophile.

23 amplifier, but amplifier has an issue (which I originally thought was due to the preamp, but isn't) with slightly lower output in the right channel than the left.
Could be a minor issue, but needs servicing.
Inquire if interested -- would prefer to sell as a pair.
I purchased replacement smaller filter caps to re-cap both channels of the amp but never got around to it, I'll include those for the buyer.
