A TO B TRUCKING is looking for owner operators with 26 foot box trucks that are ready to hit the road! Equipment needed: * Pallet Jack * Straps *Lift gate (preferable) Responsibilities: * Safely and efficiently operate a Class C box truck to transport goods from one location to another.
* Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure its safety and report any maintenance or repair needs.
* Follow all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or accidents that occur.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise Requirements: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* Must be at least 21 years old.
* Strong understanding of traffic laws and regulations.
* Ability to operate a Class C box truck safely and efficiently.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Physical ability to load and unload cargo, including lifting and carrying heavy items.
* Ability to work independently and demonstrate responsibility.
* Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends, if needed.
* Experience operating a Class C box truck is preferred but not required.
