```Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization.
This includes managing employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions - Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements in HR processes and practices - Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge - Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, administration, and communication - Ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee information in HRIS systems such as Paychex or ADP - Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance - Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management role - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations - Proven experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews - Excellent data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Experience managing employee benefits programs - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you are a highly motivated HR professional with a passion for driving organizational success through effective HR practices, we encourage you to apply.
