Class A Driver for Flatbed Truck Deliveries

Are you an experienced Class A driver with a passion for making local deliveries and pickups? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Class A Driver for flatbed trucks, specializing in the transportation of heavy titanium metals.
If you have a clean driving record, at least 2 years of experience, and possess the necessary skills to strap, we want to hear from you! Job Title: Class A Driver Location: Vernon, CA Hours: 1 shift, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Starting Wage: $25 per hour to start Responsibilities: - Safely transport heavy titanium metals using flatbed trucks - Perform local deliveries and pickups as assigned - Ensure the secure strapping of cargo to the truck bed - Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle's safety - Maintain accurate delivery records and submit necessary paperwork Requirements: - Valid Class A driver's license - Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Class A driver - Proficiency in securing cargo using straps - Ability to pass a drug test and maintain a drug-free work environment - Clean driving record with no major violations - Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Physical ability to load and unload heavy materials To apply for this position, please submit the following: - Resume - Clean driving record - Successful completion of an interview - Ability to pass a drug test Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.
